bg444's Commitment to Responsible Gaming
At bg444, we believe online gaming should be a source of entertainment — never a cause of financial stress or mental hardship. Our responsible gaming tools and guidelines are always ready to keep you safe.
Our Core Commitments
Responsible gaming at bg444 is not just a policy — it is the foundation of our platform.
Secure Environment
bg444 uses SSL encryption and advanced security technology to keep your personal information and transactions completely safe. Your data is protected during every session.
Deposit Limits
You can set your own daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits. Once a limit is set it takes effect immediately — a processing period applies when increasing the limit.
Time-Out Feature
When you feel you need a break, temporarily suspend your account for anywhere from 24 hours to 30 days. No betting or deposits are possible during a time-out.
Self-Exclusion
If you need a long-term break, you can close your account for 6 months or permanently. Once self-exclusion is activated, it cannot be reversed.
24/7 Bangla Support
The bg444 support team is available seven days a week, twenty-four hours a day via live chat in Bengali. If you have any concerns about gambling, reach out at any time.
Transparency and Fair Play
All games at bg444 are operated in accordance with fair play principles. Full information about bonus terms, withdrawal processes and wagering requirements is always provided transparently.
21+ Age Restriction
bg444 strictly follows a policy of keeping minors away from gaming.
Age Verification: Age is verified at registration and before the first withdrawal using a national ID card or passport.
Account Security: Never share your account password or login details with anyone. Stay vigilant to ensure underage members of your household cannot gain access.
Consequences of False Information: Registering with an incorrect age will result in permanent account closure and deposited funds may be forfeited.
Family Protection: If there are children or teenagers at home, enable parental controls on your devices and regularly monitor browser history.
bg444's Commitment on Age
- Age declaration at registration is mandatory
- Account suspended immediately upon any suspicion
- Proof of age documents required for KYC verification
- Accounts for minors are strictly prohibited
- Compliance with applicable regulations in Bangladesh
Recognise the Warning Signs of Addiction
If any of the following signs appear, seek help promptly — this is not a sign of weakness, it is an act of courage.
Betting Beyond Your Means
If you find yourself placing more bets to try to recover lost money, or spending money needed for daily essentials on gambling — this is a serious warning sign.
Restlessness When Not Playing
Feeling uncomfortable, angry or anxious when not gaming, or repeatedly feeling compelled to play — these are signs of psychological dependence.
Hiding it from Family or Friends
Keeping your gaming habits secret from family or loved ones, or lying to them to obtain money for betting.
Losing Track of Time
Spending hour after hour gaming and neglecting sleep, meals, work or family — this is a clear sign of loss of control.
The Urge to Chase Losses
"Just one more win and I'll get it all back" — repeatedly increasing bets with this kind of thinking is a major sign of problem gambling.
Falling into Financial Difficulty
Borrowing money to bet, depleting your savings, or failing to pay bills — in this situation it is important to seek help immediately.
bg444's Protection Tools
Tools bg444 provides to help you stay in control of your gaming experience.
Setting a Deposit Limit
Log in to your account and go to Settings to set a maximum daily, weekly or monthly deposit amount. The minimum deposit is ৳100 — stay within this limit and reduce it further if needed.
Betting Limits and Session Limits
Sessions can be set to close automatically once a specified amount has been lost or a set time has passed. This limit keeps you from extended sessions.
Time-Out (Temporary Break)
If you feel you need a rest, temporarily suspend your account for 24 hours, 7 days, 14 days or 30 days. During this period you will not receive bonus offers or promotional emails either.
Self-Exclusion (Long-Term Closure)
If you are experiencing serious problems, close your account for 6 months, 1 year or permanently. Creating a new account while self-exclusion is active is a breach of the rules and that account will be cancelled immediately.
Reality Check
Enable pop-up notifications at set intervals to remind you how long you have been playing and how much you have won or lost in total. This helps you stay aware.
Immediate Assistance
Our team is ready for any issue.
The Golden Rules of Responsible Gaming
Play for entertainment: Gaming at bg444 is a leisure activity — never think of it as a source of income. Treat each bet as the cost of entertainment.
Set a budget in advance: Decide how much you will spend each day or week beforehand and do not exceed that limit. Do not place extra bets in hopes of recovering lost money.
Keep a balance: Maintain a healthy balance between family, friends, work and gaming. Gaming can never replace other important areas of life.
Play with a clear head: Never bet after consuming alcohol or drugs, under excessive stress, or when angry — making sound decisions in those states is difficult.
Take regular breaks: Instead of long sessions, take regular short breaks. The reality check feature at bg444 will help you build this habit.
Check Yourself
Think honestly about the questions below. If more than two answers are "yes", please speak with our support team.
- Am I betting more than I can afford?
- Is gaming affecting my sleep or work?
- Am I hiding my gaming from my family?
- Am I placing more bets to recover lost money?
- Do I feel restless when I am not gaming?
